We keep all personal information confidential. We will not sell the information or share the information with anyone else. The site is secure and Our system protects customer information on our secure servers. If you do not want to share any information with us, you can contact us or visit our store.
When can i expect my orders to arrive?
You can purchase items online and offline both ways. If you are shopping online at Lotus Jewel Aruba, it depends on the availability of stock, usually within 1 to 5 working days or if the items you ordered are eligible for express delivery, they will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Will you resize the Ring if doesn't fit ?
Of course, Yes. Please feel free to call our Customer Care on info@lotusjewelsaruba.com and they will assist you.
Can I request for real images / video of the designs I like or a live video consultation?
Definitely, we are always willing to assist you in case you want to see more pictures of the product.
In case you want to see live pictures message us (via clicking on the Chat button) mentioning the name of the product you want to see or mail us (info@lotusjewelsaruba.com).
We are available Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 10 PM). Sundays (6-10 PM).
We will share the pictures provided the piece is in stock. We will get back to you within 24 hrs with the details.
How long does it take to make an engagement ring?
It takes 3-4 weeks to custom-make the ring after the design is confirmed. Design typically takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on the complexity of design, customer feedback on the design, and availability of gemstones. The making of the ring will only begin after the design is confirmed.
What are the payment options available?
Payment Options (Within Aruba):
Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Net Banking
Cheques / Demand Drafts (DDs) OR Bank Transfer.
UPI: Google pay, Phonepe, Paytm, etc.
If I am unable to place the order online for some reason, is there an alternative?

Will you create an engagement ring with our design for us?
Yes, it is possible, depending on the style and manufacturing processes involved. If you have a certain design in mind, please send the picture by email to info@lotusjewelsaruba.com
Is Shipping Free?
Yes, shipping is usually free.
Do You Charge for ring sizing?
If you purchase in our store, at that time we will not charge for sizing. If this is not the case we will charge for sizing.
Will you refund the money?
No, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, all sales are final.
You can exchange any piece of jewelry for another design, we do not allow the exchange of jewelry for silver coins/articles.
Silver articles/coins are not eligible for return or exchange.
